• Implementing SKOD System in Germany ,and solve Project related problems which occured during implementing the SKOD Project with IT Specialists . • Providing training support for employees in German Plants in order to implement SKOD System. • Controlling,maintaning and administreting HR Programms such as PDKS ,SKOD in German plants and reporting occured problems daily. • Follow up the employees personal datas, efficiency in German Plants (ca. 100 salaried & hourly coworkers )and reporting them to the management. • Creating job contracts according to agreements. • Transfering in Germany located Plants bank account transactions to SAP . • Researching ,analysing ,translating german laws in order to solve HR related issues. • Analysing received cvs for open positions in Germany Locations. • Establishing information flow (in German & English )between main plant in Turkey and our locations in Germany (Goch & Ulm )
